2019 Rose Bubbles

70% Syrah, 30% Grenache.  The newest member of our sparkling family is a re-named favorite, Rose Bubbles (aka Sparkling Rose).  The bouquet is harmonious berries and jasmine.  The first taste parades a tantalizing dance between dark fruits and bright stawberry notes.  It finishes creamy with hints of lemon curd......fresh and fizzy!
